Addy at the pumpkin patch!

This girl can NOT do a bad photoshoot. It’s just not possible. You’ve seen Adelynn and her sweet parents on previous blogs here, here, and here. I’ve gotten to watch Addy grow up through my lens, and I’ve enjoyed it so much! She’s 6 months old now…where did the time go?

I was so excited when her mom called me to do a Halloween shoot with Addy. We decided on Spooner Farms in Orting…what a GREAT place for photos! As you can see, Addy was just as perfect as ever, and we got adorable shots! Love this kid!

Jacob and Lauren are Engaged!

High school sweethearts. Dated for years. Now they’re engaged.

Meet my cousin Jacob and his gorgeous fiancée Lauren. We’ve all known for a long time that Jacob and Lauren were going to get married, we just didn’t know when. They got engaged in New Orleans, and will be getting married this summer. I am SO happy they asked me to be their wedding photographer…I mean…just LOOK at them!

We met for their engagement session on a rainy, windy, cold day. That didn’t stop these two. The totally understand art and my vision for fun, beautiful photos…It was worth getting rained on, I’d say!

So. Freaking. Cute.

This is SO “The Notebook”, isn’t it???

And I’ll end with a super pretty shot of Lauren…this was totally NOT posed. She was just sitting there, minding her own business, being her gorgeous self, and I had to get a shot.

Jacob and Lauren, I simply canNOT wait until your wedding. If it’s half as fun as your engagement shoot, then I can die a happy woman! Love you guys!

Sydney and Chris, Santa Fe, NM

Best way to spend Labor Day: Shooting an amazing wedding in sunny Santa Fe, New Mexico with my hubby. Sydney and Chris’s wedding could not have been more sweet…beautiful weather, gorgeous venue, and a gorgeous couple. I met Sydney when I did her Family Photos last year. She called me up minutes (well, maybe more like a few days) after Chris proposed to her over New Years. I could NOT have been more stoked! Sydney is the kid of girl that every mom hopes and dreams her daughter will grow up to be. And Chris? He’s the kind of guy that every mom wishes her baby girl will marry. LOVE these guys.
