When Marilee asked me to do a Trash the Dress session with her, of course I was totally on board! I love Trash the Dress phootshoots of any kind, but doing one with a beautiful teenager who wants to shred and muddy up her prom dress? TOTALLY. FANTASTIC.
We met up in the rain at a grungy factory in Tacoma. The cold and wet didn’t bother this girl at all…in fact, she was excited about it! As she smeared mud on her face and on her dress, I was shocked that someone could look so beautiful while being so dirty!
What an amazing photoshoot…you’ll be seeing a lot more of Marilee in the near future!

Next photoshoot I do with Marilee, I want to get more of her laughing…she has such a beautiful smile!
All I can say is WOW! These are so fantastic! Wish I had a dress to trash now. I don’t think I could make mud look as good, though.
