With her perfect little face, and a FULL head of soft, spiky hair, this little one stole my heart during her photoshoot. Baby Hailee is the newest member of my husbands family. (She’s his cousin Julie and Tim’s baby….what does that make her, our second cousin?) Anyway, she was just too precious. The shoot took almost 4 hours between nursing, diaper changes and her being a little crabby about some of the positions we stuck her in, but I’d say these portraits were WELL worth it!!!!!!
This shoot was also pretty cool for another reason….2 years ago, Julie and Tim’s wedding was the FIRST wedding I had ever shot! (Wow, I’ve come a looonnggg way in my photography skills…LOL) It was the wedding that made me realize that I wanted to become a photographer. And now, here I am, photographing their first baby…*tear!
When I saw her daddy’s tool bucket sitting in the corner of the room, I KNEW we had to do some adorable shots with it……
Hailee’s Gramma (my husband’s Aunt Debbie) made this ADORABLE crib set for her….can you believe how CUTE it is? Aunt Debbie made my kid’s crib sets as well….I wish I had been a photographer back then so you could see them……
Congratulations to Julie and Tim….Hailee is just about the prettiest lil’ thang I’ve ever laid eyes on! Give her a kiss for me!!!!!!!
