Thank you all so much for donating to MD and more importantly, for giving Jesse and I the opportunity to dine with Firemen – that’s FIREMEN, PURAL! *drool
Our Fireman, Bruce, picked us up yesterday afternoon carrying actual handcuffs – Jesse and I both lost whatever form of decorum we may have had at some point and giggled like school girls. He escorted us to the car, opened the doors for us and drove us to the Scoreboard Pub where we took pictures, visited with MANY amazing Firemen and made phone calls to all of our contacts trying to get just a little bit more bail money.
We were then escorted home by Robert, aka, Mr. February 2006. He was very sweet, very kind and love, love, LOVED the attention! What a doll!
It was such a fun experience, and all for a good cause! Thanks so much to everyone who gave, even just ten bucks – between Jesse and I (I think we figured it out right) we made enough to buy three wheelchairs for kids who could afford them. Or, we made enough to support a family who needs to stay in a hotel to be closer to the hospital for almost two weeks. Or, well….you get the gist. Every little bit helps….helped!
Thank you all SO MUCH! We are both looking forward to doing it next year. (and we both got little handcuffs to go on our keyrings….*giggle)

We are still taking donations, so you can still help us reach our goal! Go to https://www.joinmda.org/seattle2009federalway/sarah to donate! The highest donor will win a free photoshoot with MEEEE!!!!!
Thanks again, guys!!!!!!!!!
