I had the pleasure of second shooting Anne and Tom’s wedding with my girl Jackie Donnelly a few weeks ago. Jackie is one of the sweetest people I know, so being able to shoot with her is always a blast. I got to shoot Margaret and Kevin’s wedding with Jackie last year. She is an amazing photographer, as well as a good, kind person. I get to shoot another wedding with her next week….I can’t wait!!!!!
Anne and Tom’s wedding was held at Hidden Meadows in Snohomish, WA. It was such a beautiful venue! We were fortunate to have wonderful weather for this perfect wedding…which was great because the week before we had record breaking heat! WHEW! We were lucky!

The guys blew off some steam before the ceremony by playing Pahache.
I LOVE it when the bride and groom let us do photos before the ceremony…it just allows so much more time for creativity and fun without worrying about the guest getting bored at the reception. Anne and Tom were so much fun to shoot- the are totally photogenic, and they were down for anything we asked them to do!
Both of them had such striking blue eyes…aren’t they BEAUTIFUL?
This awesome railroad track wound it’s way in front of the venue, so we had to get a few shots by it! Check out the TRACTOR in this shot!!!!!

Let me tell you, the guests at this wedding were so much fun…well dressed and classy! AWESOME!
As the sun set over the reception, rain clouds moved in and created this GORGEOUS landscape:
Anne and Tom had THE COOLEST first dance EVER! Anne slipped away for a few minutes, and the DJ announced that it was time for the couples first dance. All of a sudden, Anne walked out in this sexy strappy dress with ROCKING hot shoes. Then, to everyone’s amazement, they both started dancing the TANGO! They had been taking lessons in secret for several months, never letting anyone know. What a fun, fun surprise!
Anne and Tom- you two are fabulous! Congratulations on your marriage and to your future together.

It's hard not to get caught up in other ppl's work isn't it? Gosh it happens to me all the time.. until I get out and shoot some new stuff and forget about the other ppl in the groups and how great they are! You and I were starting out around the same time and I realize we are kind of growing at the same pace (does that make sense?) The groups were great for learning new things, but now you have your skills and style! You are great Sarah! You deserve to feel like you're in the game cause you so are!
