An all-American 4th of July on the family farm!

I know this blog is a little late in coming, but the last few weeks have been so crazy that I’m just now finishing the pictures from our 4th of July.

We had a blast this Independence Day.  We went to our cousins turf farm in Booneyland, also known as Rochester, WA.  Our cousin owns acres and acres of beautiful turf, so what better way to spend the 4th than a barbeque with the family, playing in the sprinklers, and running around on miles of perfectly manicured grass!  A good chunk of the family was there, but as usual, I gravitated toward taking pictures of all the adorable kids in our family.

This is Paige.  She’s one of the cutest kids EVER!

My favorite chunky monkey, Andrew, was there-

And so was sweet little Savannah.  At three months old, she already has 2 teeth, and more coming through!!!!!

The kids had a blast playing in the sprinklers and riding the quads.

We did some simple but fun fireworks, and I had fun making fireworks bokeh.

I usually take about 30,000 more pictures than this at family functions, but I got sucked into a 4 hour volleyball game…and THAT, my friends,  is TRULY what the 4th is about…family, sports, and blowing stuff up.

Hope your 4th of July was spectacular as well!!!!
