Firefighter Stairclimb by Sarah Alston
On March 8, I will be photographing the Firefighter Stairclimb at the Columbia Tower in Downtown Seattle.
All of the donations go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for the fight against blood diseases.
Approximately 1,500 firefighters will climb 69 flights of stairs in full combat gear and self contained breathing apparati (SCBA).
Last year, the firefighters from my hometown of Buckley, WA won the most money raised at $38,784!!!
