So an unfortunate incident occurred at Seafair this year.
A friend of ours borrowed our Rebel XTi. It was a great little camera that did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, during the course of shooting the Blue Angels flying overhead…. the camera was stolen.
What a big disappointment! While not a top of the line camera, it still did the job for many many tasks. It’s size and weight made it very easy to carry about.
Sigh. On the bright side, we will now be carrying around a 40D instead. Not as small, not as light, but it sure has great color and clarity!
That being said we are preparing for another great wedding this weekend, and have a pregnancy shoot! It’s gonna be a great chance to give the 40D a good thorough testing!
